If you have a clear day, you will be surrounded by gorgeous mountain views through the windows as well as the shared deck! Perfect location between town and the ski hill making it easy to spend time in either location without feeling 'stuck' on the hill or driving for too long to get to the ski hill. There are some stairs to get up to the unit outside, but they were always clear of snow and well lit after dark. Great space for a shorter stay and the fridge made it easy to bring a few groceries to make lunches! Jennifer was super communicative and easy to get in touch with before our stay and a excellent host.

Lovely place in a beautiful area of fernie ! Such a relaxing area and happy to go back (:

It's a nice clean place

As stated there are a lot of stairs! Do not book if you’re not prepared for them. Lol No coffee maker in the room and no coffee shop within walking distance other than the Circle K gas station coffee. It had snowed the day of my arrival and the stairs had been cleared and heavily salted so they were in great shape. The deck at the top had not been shovelled, sanded, or salted and had been walked on by the neighbours creating an icy, snowy, slick top of the stairs and walk to the entrance. The deck has a coating and is not a wooden surface so it was quite slippery where it had been packed down and become icy. No shovel or salt/sand was provided to rectify the issue on my own & no one cleared it in the 2 day’s I was there.

Nice pad. Excellent mountain views from the deck.

small but adequate for a short stay. Basic fridge/microwave makes for limited food options but as a solo or short term couple stay, it works.

I really enjoyed this place, very nicely laid out, you have a door separating the entertainment room from the bathroom and bedroom. The condo was spotless and there was some really nice local soaps in the bathroom. My favourite part of the day was having coffee on the deck in the morning while looking at the mountains and planning our day hike. The view from the deck is amazing with the cool crisp mountain air. Check in was really easy and Jennifer is really quick to respond and offered her assistance if we needed anything. We would definitely book here again.

Clean place and I would recommend to anyone!

Really good location and great value! Check in was incredibly easy and Jennifer was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!

Clean and plenty of space for just me. The neighbors were to load and up late as I need to get up early and go to work. I'm always conscious of others.

Recomend this location to family and friends.

Great stay and fantastic value.

A portion of a townhouse condo conveniently located between the town of Fernie and the ski resort. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It's situated at the end of a townhouse block, so on one side there is an entrance deck looking out toward an amazing mountain view. The unit is on the second floor - neighbors above and below. During our stay it was quiet. It's a great value - particularly during a peak winter ski week. The unit consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom, although there is a hallway connecting all the rooms that is very handy for keeping bags and equipment - plus there is a lot of closet space. There's a fridge and a microwave (bring your own plates and utensils). My only complaint is that the foldout couch is extremely uncomfortable!

Jennifer’s place was great, close to the mountain, close to town. Has great views and was very clean. Will stay again. Thank you

This was a perfectly fine place. Exactly what was explained in the ad. My issue is with Airbnb. The whole point (initially) with Airbnb was that it would be less expensive than a hotel. So, they have the owner price their space at $55/night and then there's a service fee and a cleaning fee and an admin fee, and a fee for climbing the stairs and a fee for using the lights and ...and...(a bit of hyperbole but you get my drift). By the time all was said and done the ACTUAL cost was $86/night for a 5-night stay (for a nice place with a small fridge and mic). For $80/night (taxes in and NO hidden fees) we could have stayed in a hotel with a fully stocked kitchenette. A hotel just simply tells you what the charge is PERIOD. It's become way too much work - getting an apples to apples comparison. We thought we had done our homework - really disappointed in the final amount. This is not an inditement on the place - just on how airbnb gets owners to price is very misleading.

Everything when off quite smoothly

Exactly as advertised

The suite was exactly how it is described, there were no surprises which was great. The suite was very clean, the check in/ check out were very easy, and the suite had a very simple decor. There is no kitchen but we were able to use the patio table on the deck and there is a mini fridge. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a quick night stay or for a busy weekend. We would stay again.

Perfect location, great patio with great view. Close to train tracks so the occasional sound of trains but very pleasant stay.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 children (7 & 10) during summer. The couch is ok for children to sleep on, maybe not as comfy for adults. The bedroom is nice, and the bed very comfortable. The location is nice, great view. The patio is nice to eat, you have the sun in the late morning and in the evening too. There are fans in the home in case it's hot. You can enjoy walking along the river too. Great reactivity of the facility team when needed.

Beautiful location and a quaint little stay! Very clean and well-presented. Walls are a bit thin, so if you're travelling with children or are next to children, keep that in mind.

As my first Airbnb experience, I must say I was very pleased. Cozy and comfortable with great views. Enjoy!!

A great jumping off place for doing all the great activities Fernie has to offer. Was there with me and my two young kids - plenty of room and good value.

Perfect little place to stay for 2! Great and fair price. Overall a great stay that met our needs

Great clean unit in Fernie, was perfect for our stay and great communication. Thank you.

Jennifer's place was great! I would recommend it and go back anytime.

As other reviews have said, it suited very well for a couple but we imagine it may be a bit pokey with more people. We found it to be clean and fresh but, again, be sure to bring your own cutlery and plates as these are not supplied (we did find some plastic plates left in the drawer, but they were small and we try not to use disposables!). Nice view from the window, good proximity to nature. It is close to other units, so there was some noise from upstairs but only during the day; nights were quiet (except for the train, but you'd hear it anywhere in the valley!) Overall, a nice little place to stay during a visit to Fernie :)
